New Project

My friend Jo and I will have a booth at the upcoming Treasure Island Flea at the end of November. So I'm trying to think of some new ideas for handmade goods. Here is a banner I started a couple of days ago. I plan on making more, it's turning out so well!

Back on Track

I've been neglecting this little blog, that I had such high hopes for when I started. What can I say? Life got in the way. But I'm back! Feeling once again inspired and hoping to inspire others as well : )

Easy Art

Bought this set of notecards from my uber-talented friend Jo. She sold with me and the craft fair, and is one of the most creative people I know. Check out her blog here . Anyway, I couldn't resist this little note set. I love roses, and thought it would be an awesome thing to frame.

It couldn't have been easier. I just trimmed the card to 3x5, and put it into one of my favorite small frames. I have it as part of a collage on my wall, and I love looking at it everyday.

This guy turns 70 today. What a milestone. He's my inspiration everyday...I love you Dad.

Fun Fair

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth yesterday...The fair was a great learning experience for me. Looking forward to doing a couple more before the year is over! Back to creating : )

Getting ready for a craft fair in Santa Cruz this weekend. I have never sold anything I've made, and I'm so excited to see how it goes. It has pushed me to get more serious about making things, and creating not just for myself, but for other people. If you are in the area, come check us out!!
